If you don't want the next 5 years to be the same as the
last 5 years you need to change something that you do - NOW
Ann Tawn
For
over 21 years I was a Training Manager
for Tesco's but unfortunately was made redundant from
that position due to restructuring.
With many skills and previous experience I soon found a
position as the manager of a cheese shop where I was
employed for 4 years however once again due to cut-backs I
was given several days notice that my position was being terminated.
After being made redundant for a second time I found a job
behind the hot food counter in a local farm shop. I was
working 35-40 hours per week which included Saturday's
As well as working full time I also had other commitments
including President of the local Women's Institute and
worked for the local Weight Watchers as well as caring for
our diabetic dog 'Jason'
With my job on most weekdays I did not start work until
10.30 - 11.00am which meant that I started watching day-time
television which was depressing me and turning me into a
couch potato. I felt as if I needed something to get me away
from this.
I came across this business and saw the flexibility where I
could choose my own hours without the danger of being made
redundant ever again. I decided this was the business for me
and went ahead and became involved with the opportunity.
By following the system that I was introduced to, after only
12 months, I was earning over £1,000 which was more than I
was earning in my full-time job.
At the age of 60 I made the decision to quit working for
someone else and to concentrate on this business where I
could choose my own hours and finally to "own my own life"
This has been a life changing opportunity that I
regret not joining sooner.
